Food is great. Place was empty and every table was dirty.
Slow service, they forgot my shake then spent 20 minutes making excuses as to why i hadn't gotten it yet.
Within the past 6 months I've ordered a cheesecake blizzard at least eight times (plain cheescake, strawberry cheescake, or oreo cheesecake) and everytime they've forgotten the cheescake bits except for ONCE.
Service has gone way down in the last year. The last time I went in for food I had to wait nearly half an hour. The last time I went to the drive thru it wasn't working and I had to drive up to inform them.
Extremely slow drove through. Literally a 30 min wait every time. Husband had a flying ant in his gravy. Women's bathroom had urine literally EVERYWHERE I'm not even exaggerating. Floors were filthy.
